What is covered?

  • To qualify for the Timtechs Protection Plan, your product must be within its purchased warranty period.
  • The limited warranty is not applicable if the product is damaged by accident, improper installation, misuse, abuse, lightning, fire, water, or other acts of nature
  • Extended warranty service must be purchased at the same time with your items, a warranty card will be enclosed with your item.
  • Before you return your items, you must contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Warranty void if the product is altered or repaired by anyone other than TimTechs authorized repair and service station. This warranty is dependent upon TimTechs being notified in writing by the buyer within one month of the defect, stating the serial number of the defective product.
  • Product has to be approved as defective; Cannot place phone calls (Not network related issue) , Cannot send text message , or can not perform any other function listed in the product user manual.
  • When a return is authorized, customer must ship the return item via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for the package
